Location and amenities are great. Amicable and excellent staff and easy check in. There is kitchenette, making us feel at home. Though the apartment has excellent and incredible location that is next to the town centre, the pier, the area is not very good.

sweet suites lytham in lytham st annes has exceeded my expectations! the modern and impeccably clean apartments were perfect for our group of 4. the location near bars and restaurants was ideal, and the little touches like tea, coffee, and biscuits made us feel at home. the comfortable bed and bay window added to the overall great experience. would definitely stay again!

Check-in experience could be improved. struggled with the deposit process and the entry code didn't work initially.
